Damaged/ Incorrect Items
You must notify me within 24 hours of receiving your purchase of any incorrect or damaged items. Please submit pictures, your name, and date of purchase to artxmilli@gmail.com. ArtXMilli does not pay for shipping return fees unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect items are not custom orders, prints, or Ash N Stash you’ve ordered but don’t like. Incorrect items are only items wrongfully sent to you. If you received an item other than what you have ordered then you will qualify for an incorrect item exchange.
